– We maintain the swimming pool and spa at 70 degrees. If you would like us to heat the pool warmer, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival so we can have the pool heated in time. We are happy to offer pool heat at a rate of $45/day or $225/week plus tax. (2 consecutive day minimum.)
– The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.
– Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

– We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.
