– We maintain the pool/spa at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) / Spa (103) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). The spa runs on a wall-mounted egg timer in 1-hour cycles and shares the same heating system as the pool, so it won’t reach hot tub temperatures unless pool heat is turned on / egg timer is engaged. Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 55 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
– Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
