Yes!! We are a one-stop shop. We have an agent to help you find a home that will perform to your, as well as our, expectations. We will analyze the income potential with you as we select a property. Then we will design and set up your home within an agreed-upon budget. Typically, our investors are looking to buy properties between $700-2M and have $100-250K for design. Resources need to be directed correctly, but the more you put in, the more you get out.
Perhaps! We will only manage properties we have designed. If you are prepared to invest in a refreshed design, we may be open to managing it.
It depends on the size of the home, but typically it takes 6-9 weeks to design (post-close), build, and launch a new property.
We want you to love your investment, and we are always open to your ideas, but our goal is to get you the highest return possible. Our investors give us full control over all design decisions as we have extensive experience in what will perform the best.
We are happy to help you with your actual purchase & home selection in an agent capacity, but our design, build, & operations teams serve only our clients.
