Some rentals give you a place to sleep. The Privateer gives you space to reconnect. This nautical-themed Tampa home is made for groups who want to spread out and make a week of it, with a pool to lounge by, game rooms to enjoy, and comfortable corners to relax in. Drop your bags, pour a drink, and settle in.
YOUR PRIVATE RESORT
The backyard is the whole reason you book. A resort-style pool sits at the center, glowing blue and green after dark, lined with chaise lounges and umbrellas for staking your claim. String lights and a pergola turn every evening into an occasion.
There's more than enough to fill a week out here:
– Hot tub tucked under the pergola
– Fire pit lounge with Adirondack chairs
– Cold plunge
– Gas grill and shaded outdoor dining for the whole group
– Backyard putting green for a lazy round between swims
– Plenty chaise lounges to relax on
Morning coffee by the pool, afternoon cannonballs, s'mores by the fire, then back in the hot tub under the stars. You could genuinely never leave the yard.
RECHARGE
Every great stay needs a slower gear. Sweat it out in the infrared sauna, put in some miles on the Peloton, then sink into the hot tub until your shoulders finally drop. Play hard, recover in style, all without leaving home.
GAME ON
Rain or shine, boredom isn't an option:
-Poker table with real felt and chips at the Privateer Club
-Air hockey for competitive fun
-Foosball table (bring your rivalries)
-Console gaming on the big screen
-Multiple lounges with fireplaces and deep sectionals for movie nights
Split into teams or pile onto one couch. There's room for everyone to do their own thing and still be together.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP
Five bedrooms split the difference between fun and calm. A few lean all the way into the theme, ship-deck bunk rooms with portholes and rope rigging, a captain's cabin under sail-mast beams, the kind of rooms kids beg to sleep in. The rest are serene coastal retreats in soft blues and whites, some with desks for anyone sneaking in a little work. Three full bathrooms plus a powder room keep big groups moving.
