Early Check-in Policy

We are rarely able to offer early check-in. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the cleaning service and maintenance team has been through the property, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. Making sure the place looks spectacular for you takes time and needs to be completed prior to your check-in.  

We do not allow early check-in or bag drop off.

Simply type this address into your GPS and it will take you to the home. This property has an automatic keypad. Gently place your hand over the keypad, and you will see the numbers illuminate. Enter your Six Digit Code (the digits will be provided in our messaging) & press the * / ✓ in the lower left-hand corner. You will hear the lock open & you can enter!

Parking:

2 cars will fit in the driveway.  1-2 cars will fit in the garage and the code is 0324.   Tesla Charger is in the garage for guests. Free street parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis. 

Note: RV Parking is not allowed. Please contact us if you need off-site parking suggestions.

If you set up a delivery from Amazon or Groceries, you must be at the property to receive the items.  You do not want groceries to sit on the porch long as critters could get into the bags.

Late Check-Out Policy

We need to ensure our next guests can check-in at the appropriate time, that the cleaning service and maintenance team has been through the property, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for the next visit. Therefore, we are unable to allow late check-out unless previously arranged and we do not have guests arriving the same day. Cleaners will arrive promptly at 10 AM.

HOUSE RULES

• No smoking, drugs, or illicit substances of any type are allowed on the property.
• No parties or events. Family gatherings are okay so long as they do not exceed the occupancy of the home.
• No pets unless pre-approved.
• Occupancy is to remain exclusively with those in the designated party that booked the reservation unless direct permission from the host is approved.
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM
• Please keep all food in the kitchen and downstairs living areas. Food in the bedrooms is not permitted.
• No open food or garbage shall be left after check-out.
• Physical damage to the property shall be reported immediately.
• Please DO NOT use white bath towels to remove make-up or to clean up spills/dirt. 
• Stove is electric and will remain hot even when the burner is not red. So please be careful and do not leave any cooking utensils on the stovetop.
• The pool temperature is maintained between 70-75 unless pool heating is requested. This ensures long-term optimal performance & safety during your stay as recommended by professionals.
• Everything in the home is inventoried before & after every stay, including but not limited to room decor, dishes, cleaning supplies, soap, remotes, power cords, and attachments, etc. Anything that is missing (without prior notification or agreement of the host) will be replaced at the guest's cost.
• Any violation of house rules may be subject to a fine of up to $500 per offense.
• Keep the home clean & treat it with respect - have an awesome stay!

• You must not use Kayaks, Paddle Boards, Fishing Equipment, Boats, and other Water Toys without the Host’s prior express written permission. Swimming in any body of water and the use of Water Toys are inherently dangerous activities. Do so at your own risk.

TRASH REMOVAL SERVICES

Trash Removal Service

• Please bag all trash in the 30-gal trash bags that are located under the kitchen sink.
• Everything must fit inside the trash carts in order to be collected.
• Please tilt and roll cart to the curb the evening of Monday and/or Thursday for early pick up on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Thank you for your assistance.
• At curbside, keep carts 3' from the curb and other carts etc.

This home has 1 Pack N Play and 1 High Chair available for your use.

Propane Grill and Fire Pit

• Complimentary Usage: Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use.
• Refills: If you require a propane refill, the cost will be the responsibility of the guest. You may refill them yourself at the local convenience store and you may utilize existing tanks, which can help reduce the refill cost by approximately 50%. Alternatively, you can request that we refill them at $70/tank. 
• Full Tank Installation: If you prefer a full propane tank to be installed prior to your arrival, there is a fee of $70 for this service. Please order this service 48 hours before check-in.
• Guests are required to supply fire wood for the fire pit.  You can purchase at the local Publix grocery stores near by.

Master Bedroom Lighting

Adding Pool Heat

Heating Fee:

• The cost to heat the pool and/or spa is $45 (plus tax) per day with a minimum requirement of 2 consecutive days.
• For longer stays, the cost is $270 (plus tax) for 7 days.
• We highly recommend you add pool heat Nov-April.  Without heating, the pool temperature is held at 70 degrees.
• Please request pool heating at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.

Temperature Settings:

• The pool will be heated to a comfortable range of 82-85ºF.
• The heating system operates automatically from 6 AM to 10 PM once activated.
• It may take 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.

Weather Considerations:

• The heater may not function effectively in temperatures below 55ºF. If the heater is used during cold conditions and does not reach the desired temperature, no refunds will be issued.
• Safety mechanisms are in place to prevent overheating, which may lead to temporary shutdowns during extreme heat.

Spa Heating:

• The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub.
• Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.

Weekly Maintenance:  The pool is serviced bi-weekly. Pool tech will enter through side pool gate and will not disturb you. After rain, some debris may temporarily affect pool clarity.

Please use beach towels provided in your rental home for the pool.
